Personally, I'm primarily a passive investor and I pursue cash flowing Single Family and small Multifamily rental properties in markets that exhibit strong growth and employment metrics. I own and am seeking growth in the SF Bay area and Indianapolis but I'm also seeking out other markets in the Midwest and southeast.
