Got involved in real estate in 2015 as a property manager. Currently manage 118 units. And started investing myself in April of 2017. Currently own 10 units free and clear. Flipped 4 properties. Number 5 is about to close. Trying to cash refi out of current 10 units and trying to double my profolio. And flip and whosaler to generate enough capital to buy and hold
