Hi - I am a commercial mortgage broker and have taken the gradual progression from commercial real estate broker as well as a private investor, rehabber and contractor. I am still active in the latter positions but spend the majority of my time helping investors gain access to capital to grow their businesses. I have worn many hats over the years and being in the trenches on a daily basis has allowed me to learn the ups and downs in our industry.
