I'm a retired Air Force intel analyst, former youth pastor, and current program manager at Hanscom AFB, MA. I've waited too long to start my real estate investing journey and with the knowledge and motivation garnered from BP I'm ready to get off the couch and into the game. I'm looking to zero in on a market, learn the lay of the land, build a team, buy and hold SFH or MFH. My focus is around military bases in the Midwest and/or South although I haven't decided where to focus as of yet.
