my wife and i are a young working couple (see under 30) and we fell into being landlords, so we hired a property management company. I look at rental properties I buy today as my retirement. as long as they are paying for themselves right now I am ok with that. Once the first one is paid off I will take that income and put it towards paying off the second, so on and so on. I am just looking for a place where I can see what others like me are doing and pick some peoples brains about things I am unfamiliar with.
