Kevin Kalligher

Hello! My name is Kevin Kalligher. I am originally from and currently reside in Duluth, MN, after having returned from South Korea working as an English Teacher in 2017. I found out about BiggerPockets through attending real estate seminars and networking with international investors in Seoul! I have since become a real estate salesperson for the past 7 years at ReMax Results. I am excited to meet people with similar interests and for new investing opportunities. Experience: I have grown up around real estate my entire life. My father and stepmother began a grass roots brokerage in 1995 and I grew up having numerous experiences flipping houses and remodeling interiors for residential and commercial buildings. I have taken these experiences and have added them with my passionate business mindset. Real Estate Goals: I am committed to help clients buy and sell 60 properties in the Duluth/Superior area every year. My goal is to help as many people as possible make smart decisions about their real estate investing goals in the real estate process. I am also focused on purchasing properties that cash flow $750/mo or have value add opportunities. My pie in the sky vision is to buy and hold residential real estate internationally.
