I am married, stable, transparent, and hungry. I have an advanced degree and currently pursuing a doctorate. I am a high school teacher during the fall, winter, and spring and a full-time investor in the summer. I need money to make money. I have 20 years working in the industry with my father buying and flipping SFRs. I am interested in commercial residential real estate now primarily for its cash flow opportunities. I will be investing in the Des Moines, IA and Milwaukee, WI markets. I have done a great deal of research and these two markets seem to be the best fit for what I want to do. I want to acquire 24 units -- in whatever configuration, in either city -- by the end of the end of the summer and I am going to do it!
