I'm from Trinidad & Tobago (an island in the Caribbean). My background is in finance and I've been an accountant for the majority of my professional life. I've always enjoyed real estate and learning about real estate and I've decided to take up the challenge full time and start increasing my investment portfolio. I have started learning about methods and techniques to do this and I am learning from individuals who have and are doing it. I'm joining BP to network with as many individuals as possible and to increase my knowledge in real estate investing. Experience: I've been investing in the US since 2012 with my first SFR purchase in FL. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to create a portfolio of as many units as I am capable of acquiring and building wealth and gaining freedom through real estate. My main focus is on small and medium sized multifamily units. Currently Seeking: Looking for off market small multifamily properties in Cobb county or Athens-Clarke county and connecting and networking with investors and anyone involved in investing. e.g. buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, property managers etc.
