Kevin Mejia

My name is Kevin Mejia. I am 20 years old and hopefully by next year I want to buy my first investment property using the FHA loan. I got interested into real estate when I was around 15 when my parents got their home foreclosed. Long story short they couldn't make the payments because my dad got deported. From there I started reading about how I can live rent free and make monthly income on a multi unit property if bought properly. I got into bigger pockets through my cousin who is also 20 and owns a 2 family here in New Jersey. We both have the same dream to go into real estate. I want to get to know as much as I can so I can get a good deal on a house.
