I’m married and currently have two daughters, with a third that’s going to be here any day. I am currently employed as the head custodian of a school district in Montgomery county, New York. I can do all types of maintenance and commercial cleaning. I bought my first two family, fixer upper house back in 2006; I fixed it up with the help of my family and have since moved out. Now the property is being used as an investment property that I manage. I was a real estate agent for a few years and closed on several houses. I am currently not licensed, though I plan on getting it back in the near future. I am eager to contiue moving forward to financial freedom and am also hoping to invest in some more properties in my area, or others that make sense for me, such as multi family, two family, bank owned, fix and flip, Lease options, Single family’s, Commercial etc. I would love to learn more about real estate and homes. I did most of the work myself with some help of family on my first property. With the market crashing soon after I bought my first property, I have learned a lot about real estate and home value. I hope to get my cash flow to $10,000 or higher. This is my ultimate goal and that’s why I’m starting this journey here at bigger pockets. I hope to connect, learn, teach, and help whomever I can on my journey, as well as learn and take in as much information as I can from others.
