Hey, my name is Kevin and I currently work as a Tennis Professional full time, I am currently in the process of getting my real estate license, and becoming an agent, and also own four properties that I rent out, and 1 primary residence! I have partnered with my mom Debbie, and have a great property manager that takes care of our properties! I am currently in the market for more deals here in Wichita, KS! I plan to build up my portfolio with solid cash-flowing/appreciation properties and eventually hope to become financially free! I am in no rush, and wanting to learn as much as I can along the way, and find properties that suit my needs and make sense! I love to listen to the Bigger Pockets and Real Estate Rookie podcasts! i also enjoy reading/listening to business and Real Estate books when I am able!
