I am a builder from Long Island, New York. After taking over My Boys Contracting, the family business with my brother, I knew building was my calling. Watching my father build spec houses over the years throughout Long Island, it was amazing to see what these houses would sell for. Now that my brother and I have the necessary knowledge and funding we are starting our real estate investing/rehab careers along side our construction company. Thanks BP community! Experience: In July 2016 I invested in an 8 unit apartment building. The plan was to use the BRRRR strategy to pull out equity and roll that into another deal. In August 2017 the 8-unit sold for an 18% profit! After the sale of this 8-unit I was hooked. Next, I invested in an 82-unit apartment building in Jacksonville, FL. Soon after I found myself investing in a 452-unit in Jackson, Mississippi and a 4 property portfolio (121-units total) in Jacksonville, FL. All of which I am still currently invested in. I purchased my first flip on Long Island in July 2017 which I sold in July of 2018 for a profit. Recently, I purchased my second fix and flip property on Long Island (December 2018). Real Estate Goals: My short term goal is to purchase undervalued properties for cash, rehabilitate them, and provide beautiful homes to families for great prices. My long term goal is to build my families construction company and use any profits to continue investing in multi-family buildings. My goal for this year is to start investing in mobile home parks.
