I've helped a lot of people reach their full personal potential over the years through coaching but I knew I wasn't going to be able to retire as a coach and I'm getting old! So I started working with flippers on the design end and fell in love with the real estate industry as a whole! Every aspect of it. I Just moved from Louisville, KY to Las Vegas, NV strictly for a change. I've got an itch to get into real estate investing and I'm going all in. Currently my goal is to have as many doors rented for between $800 and $1200 a month. To get there, I expect to do as many flips or wholesale deals as neccessary.
