Known as the “Lot King”, I am the Broker-Owner of Cape Shore Realty and Cape Shore Property Management Inc. and I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years in Massachusetts and Florida. While in Massachusetts, I sold numerous multifamily properties in the Worcester area for my self and investors. In 1987 I took my extensive knowledge to Cape Coral Florida and in 1989 I opened my own real estate company, Cape Shore Realty. I quickly developed profitable relationships with realtors, builders, developers and investors that has made my company successful for over 20 years. Starting in 2002 I routinely closed 70-100 transactions per month and since inception I have closed over 8500 transactions. I am a hands on broker and I have done most of the transactions that investors do. I am well versed in 1031 exchanges and real estate investing with an IRA or self- directed IRA. I have a portfolio of rental properties and investment land and own several LLC’s and operate my own self-directed IRA. I belong to several professional associations and investment clubs including The Southwest Florida Real Investors Association and The National Association of Professional Property Managers. Recognizing the changing real estate market in 2007, I quickly established relationships with all the major banks and asset management companies to become a preferred agent in handling their REO business. Since 2007 I have sold over 300 foreclosed properties and I am an expert in the field of distressed real estate.
