Kevin Sellers

I arrange financing for commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. My clients are individual investors who own or are acquiring (1) Single tenant retail, medical and restaurant properties and (2) Multi-tenant retail, medical office and office properties. Arranged financing for properties located in 23+ states. In 2018, I founded Henry Street Capital, a commercial mortgage brokerage firm serving individual CRE investors who reside in the United States and Canada. I was previously a Director in the Phoenix, AZ office of Cohen Financial, a national mortgage banking company based in Chicago, IL. My prior experience includes thirty-five years in the commercial banking industry in executive management, senior sales leadership and loan production positions. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Finance in 1980 and Southern Methodist University with a Master of Business Administration in 1984.
