About myself
I'm a real estate investor/ broker in Jacksonville Florida. I Personally enjoy re-habbing single family homes for long term rental income. My first investment was a single family fix and flip in 2005 and I have been actively investing since. More recently I renovated and sold 10 single family homes in 2018 and utilized a 1031 exchange to buy a few small warehouse/ office buildings. I am currently working towards building a team for larger multifamily acquisitions.
