I have been actively investing in real estate since 1994. When my mentor showed me the steps I needed to take in order to purchase property. I have been hooked every since. So I am 15 year veteran...I'm now evolving into land development and new construction deals. I still love working with new investors and assisting them with becoming successful in this awesome industry.
