Dana B. Avellar

Dana is an investor-friendly real estate broker associate with DPR Realty LLC - Residential, Commercial, Land, ​and Investments since 2003. Originally from SoCal (Monrovia / Newport Beach), she transferred to Arizona in 1999 to attend Thunderbird after 5-years in Upstate NY (Niagara/ Williamsville). She traded in her Fortune 100 industrial venture development/ strategic planning career to pursue independence through real estate. On the investment side, Dana's primary focus is on buy/hold for personal portfolio but has completed several flips and renovations project. She is looking to expand flip and wholesale transactions. Dana is also a partner in a famiy-owend flooring installation business - commercial and residential. Her family construction team and alliances have worked with her for over 20 years and have done almost all reconstructions and is in middle of a new build in New Mexico. She has experience with historic homes, rentals, restaurants, hotels, and land. Prior corporate experience in international manufacturing Joint Ventures (large industrial real estate projects).
