Experience: I got started with REI by "house hacking" my first primary residence (still doing this) starting in 2009. I purchased my first true rental property in Denver in 2013 and my 2nd in 2015 in Tulsa, OK. I picked up another small condo in central Denver in 2016 that I rent month-to-month. I purchased a 2nd SFH in Tulsa in 2018. I also manage my family's STR in the mountains which keeps me very busy during the winter high season! Real Estate Goals: - buy & holds. Preferably in Wash Park, Cap Hill, Congress Park, Uptown, City Park, University. SHF's in Tulsa, OK for buy & hold rentals. Preferably close to TU, Florence Park, Brady Arts, etc REI networking opportunities in the Denver area & Tulsa, OK knowledge on all things real estate!
