Ken Lau

I work in the IT field as a web app developer. I bought my first rental property in 2007, but only became more active in RE investing in 2012. Experience: I own a few rental properties. I've been a private lender providing funds for rehab projects. I've tried a few other RE investments but still searching for what works for me. Real Estate Goals: Continue to build a passive income from real estate. My ultimate goal is to replace my current income with income from investments. Network more to help people as well as learn from others. Currently Seeking: Learning about different approaches to RE investing. Buy and hold properties.
