Working in a commercial property management office opened my eyes to passive income. It took 3 years of out of state investing before we could leave our W2 jobs and move to the out of state place. Our nest egg came from borrowing from the equity of our primary home in the SF Bay Area. California is crazy to explain, we traded the equity of our two bedroom home for many multi-family properties, in St. Louis. We moved to St. Louis to share the business.
