I am an investor in the Cleveland area focusing on buying and holding small multi-family properties that need a little TLC. I have a finance degree with an econ minor from Kent State University (2013) and have passed level 1 of the CFA program (2015). Looking to network with similar minded peers and gain/share all the knowledge that I can. Experience: Currently own and manage two duplexes in Cleveland. Always actively seeking the next project, analyzing potential deals and walking through properties. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build up a portfolio of rental properties to supplement my career path. Currently Seeking: Knowledge of best practices, lead generation techniques, creative financing strategies, real estate investment property math, renovation estimating techniques and also to network and gain/share knowledge and ideas with like-minded individuals.
