Hello all! I am brand new to real estate investing and I would like to create some generational wealth for my last name! My spouse and I moved to Ann Arbor because she had recieved an offer from a reputable apartment leasing community here as a property manager!! After doing a little research I have found an interest in house hacking. My ideal situation is find a four plex. Live in one, while renting out the other three units! I have paid off all of my college debt but we just do not have a sufficient savings after demolishing our debt! My plan was to use our tax returns to get into a property. I just want to make sure we have enough to maintain it! So that being said Ann Arbor wouldn't be that ideal city because of costs already! But we are open to owner occupying in the near area! Anywhere about a 30 minute drive to A2! Thank you so much for your time and learning about me and my future goals!
