About myself
Hello! Nashville, TN native and real estate investor in the east Tennessee/western North Carolina area (commonly known as the Smokey Mtn. region). I am interested in buy-and-hold properties, multi, and single family homes. Currently, I focus on properties in middle TN and North Carolina. I specifically look at properties in Nashville, the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, Johnson City, and Asheville.
