Own four rental properties, two in California and two in Portland, Oregon. I have been learning trial by error. My Portland investment turned out to be excellent. I am now looking at getting additional properties. My husband and I are working full-time, but looking at and planning for retirement in a few years. We are diversifying and hoping to add more to our real estate investments. Experience: We have some rental properties in Vancouver, WA , Detroit and California.
