Hi everyone! I am a concert violinist who lives in Philadelphia, PA. I stumbled into owning a single family rental about 15 years ago, but had to sell it because I had cancer. (11 years clear now!!) I’m back to a place where I can get at this dream of mine to own small multi family rentals in and/or around Philly and maybe a couple of other locations as time goes on. My plan over the next 15-17 years is to be generating $6-7k/mo. I don’t need any massive change in my life as it is, but nonetheless I’m passionate about pursuing REI in a way I’ve always dreamt of. It just makes so much sense!! I joined BiggerPockets awhile ago and waited until I had more experience with it before adding my profile info. I must say, I can’t believe how helpful everyone is and how generous people are with their time and advice! I hope someday I will know more and will be able to do more than just ask questions!
