Kimberly Garrido

Hi everyone. My name is Kim. I'm 24 years old. My boyfriend and I have purchased our first SFH. We are currently renovating the whole thing, we have learned so much from this purchase! We installed flooring, trim, baseboards, electric work, plumbing. Refinishing Cabinets, scraping popcorn ceilings and more! I would love to connect with people in the Phoenix area. My older brother and I would talk often about money and he suggested I should listen to the BP podcast. Ever since then I have been obsessed and found my passion for real estate. I'm here to learn and grow with everyone else. Advice is always welcomed!!
