We started out buying our very first rental property in 2002. That same year we opened The Crazy Cowboy, in 2009 Hugo's Bar & Grill and in 2015 Country View Apartments. We fell in love with owning multi-units sold both restaurants and have been investing in communities all over Mid Michigan.
