I am excited about this new direction My life is taking. I have always wanted to tap into real estate investing but fear or lack of Capitol always held me back. Today I have a position that allows me to make a phenomenal salary which creates opportunities. I already have two homes; one in SC which I am renting and the other in DC which I live in the top and rent out a newly finished basement apartment. This creates a mortgage free lifestyle for me, simply Amazing. I also have a construction and commercial cleaning business. Currently, I am in the process of purch a bank owned prop in md with plans to rehab and live in it for no more than a year or two- I am over the city life and a SC country girl at heart. My future plan involves a resignation from my current job in less than 5 years, relocating to St Croix VI, sitting on the beach sipping a Mai tai, right below a tiki bar that I own- possibly continuing to fly back and forth to the states to manage deals and business opportunities. I am in the current process of developing a team to help carry this vision forward. I feel this site will help connect to awesome people who have or are doing the same or bigger things right now.
