MOSHAY KIMBER I am brand new in Real Estate, currently taking classes at Temple's Real Estate Institute to obtain a sales license and learn the fundamentals. If I do actively pursue a career as an agent my focus would be luxury real estate and development. From an investment standpoint, I am most interested in wholesale and flipping. This is a huge transition coming out of a 16 year, successful, broadcast communications career. Good and / or bad, the innovation of technology has affected terrestrial radio, forcing me to diversify strategy in pursuit of financial freedom...through entrepreneurship! While I love communications, I am super creative and passionate about anything associated with design, architecture, interior, DIY and crafting.
