When I was divorced at 50 and had little more than my modest settlement I began my journey to learn and earn! Now, I’m a 55 year old empty nester with a passion for investing in real estate and the financial freedom the varied income streams generate for me. I work a full-time, contracted W2 position which means my salary is limited to the amount my employer values me. Investing has no income ceiling and I love growing beyond my wildest dreams. GOAL: Generate enough passive income by June 30, 2021, to have the viable option of quitting my W2 job. Currently I’m halfway there!! I have 7 rentals and am looking to add 10-12 more by March, 2021 I have 1 flip and am looking to do 2 more by May, 2021 I have 2 private loans out and hope to lend out on 3 loans at a time by June, 2021
