Experience: I am an experienced investor and have so much to learn. We currently have 37 doors. This has enabled my husband to retire and for us to follow our dream of living in Eastern Washington. We are starting to carry notes and learn about that process. The community (Wenatchee, WA) is where most of our homes are. Each transaction has taught us so much. Real Estate Goals: We would like to acquire 1 property per year, so that we have a nest egg for retirement.
