Currently buying my first buy and hold single family rental with my awesome wife Nancy. Our goal is to create wealth through passive income in the form of cash flow and appreciation from rentals. I have worked in the medical field years and have the most awesome job. But it wont pay the bills so I can travel the world. So its time to expand.
