All Star Housing Solutions. In one year, I managed 180 new home starts and finish (ground up to walk through) with Lerner Corp. I've been working as RE Investor rehabber since 2010 and do my own investments. I've seen probably every scenario there is for gut rehabs; even having to evict 30 years of squirrels who can cause any number of hidden issues if you know what to look for.
