Marquis Okafor

Originally from New York who presently lives in Tampa Florida. My areas of expertise are rehabbing properties. I have been in the fix and flip game a while having recently scaled up from wholesaling but I will let some properties go that don’t fit my buy criteria . Have presently acquired rental properties and and moving into the multifamily 5 units and up space. Always willing to JV on deals where the deal makes sense. Primary focus is purchasing 7-10 additional buy and hold properties before the year is out.
