Great job with a Fortune 100 company, where I run a multi-million dollar business within the company. I'm looking for ways to maximize income and long-term wealth in order to gain flexibility in my life. End goal: as much time with my family as possible. Investments I'm interested in (HINT: ones that make money) B/C+ neighborhoods - Kansas City, Fayetteville (NC), Memphis, and other strong cashflow markets --- Solid middle class; no war zones I'm looking for: - Multi-family Value Add Properties - Purchase at minimum 10% CAP based on current performance - With upside through rehabs, better mgmt, etc... - 8-100 units We have excellent credit, cash on hand, and experience that makes us very bankable.
