I am a buy and hold investor in the Kansas City Area. I found bigger pockets in 2016 and have been hooked on real estate investing since. My early goal is to replace my wife’s income so she can spend more time at home with the little ones. Key strategy is the BRRR stategy as its known on bigger pockets. It’s also known to be called “refi and roll”. Have successfully utilized this system to implement: Property Acquisition, construction project Managment, lease up, and financing practices in my business. Focus is on smaller multifamily and/or mixed use style property.
