Kirk Galt

I'm the CEO of Creative Real Estate Copy (CREC), a commercial real estate copywriting, marketing, and public relations firm. CREC helps CRE brokerages, developers, investment firms, and related businesses build credibility and win deal flow through strategic content, PR, and design. I also lead marketing for RentAxis, a property management platform currently in beta for landlords and small to mid-size residential investors. RentAxis brings rent collection, maintenance tracking, accounting, and tenant communication into one dashboard, giving property owners an affordable alternative to enterprise-grade software. My background spans real estate and marketing leadership. I got my start in digital marketing in 2000, earned my real estate license in 2007, and worked through the Great Recession before adding a broker's license in 2017. I retired from real estate practice several years later and have since focused full-time on marketing and PR. I hold a Master of Business Administration along with two bachelor's degrees, one in real estate studies and one in small business management and entrepreneurship. Over the past decade, I have guided PR and marketing campaigns for commercial real estate firms across the country, and Marquis Who's Who inducted me in 2025 for professional excellence.
