I've always had a passion for real estate but I didn't know how to get into the industry. I've dabbled a bit but I am now looking to jump in & be immersed! I live in Richmond, Va. I found out about BiggerPockets because some of my colleagues at work meet monthly to discuss any current real estate projects they're working on & to share best practices. Someone told me they brought 30 rental properties in the last 3 years. I had to know how they did it & they referenced BiggerPockets as a great place to learn. I've been on the website almost daily since.
