Hello BP. Looking forward to digging into the site. I was born in Santa Barbara, CA. and am 52 years old. Living in Lander, WY. now with my wife of 21 years and my 2 boys. Both boys just started collage this year. I have never looked into real-estate before but am feeling the itch to do so now, after finding BP on youtube. Fascinating pod casts! I am a custodian at the local High School with 11 years to retirement. However being named the executive of my parents Will is what started my journey down this line of research. They are both still alive ( and hope to be for awhile still ) but the need to take action in upon me. Time to get started.
