Hi, my name is Kellen King. I'm a Realtor and a flipper! I'm a real estate agent in the Phoenix, AZ area. I work with buyers and sellers. I'm also part of a great family team that flips houses in the Phoenix, Arizona area. We have a proven track record of flipping 25+ houses successfully for 8 years now. We are always looking for more properties to flip. Our family flip team is always interested in building more relationships with other professionals such as private equity investors, hard money lenders, wholesalers, flippers, landlords, cash buyers, contractors, etc. The design aspect of flipping is one of my favorite parts. While my background and degree is in finance, my love for design and creating a home that someone will truly be impressed by is what keeps me going. I have a passion for real estate and a desire for flipping homes that grows every day. I spend my days doing real estate activities such as searching properties, running comps and values, building mailing lists, networking, listening to rei podcasts, and so forth.
