I am a Real Estate Industry professional in the Northern Virginia area. I have worked in Residential Property Management for the past 10 years helping Landlords secure tenants and manage their single family properties. My Wife Sofia and I are currently planning and building our systems to start investing in Single Family Homes. We will be investing out of state, making cash purchases, paying for rehab costs with cash and then using the BRRRR strategy to hold the properties for cash flow and long term appreciation. Our goal is to purchase 2-4 properties in 2021 and double that number each year after. We have set a 10 year bench mark for achieving financial independence, but we are establishing a plan of attack to strive to achieve it in 5.
