Robert Klisak

Hi! My name is Robert and I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon and a Real Estate investor. I specialize in working with Real Estate investors around the Portland metro area. I studied Business, Economics and Accounting in the honors program at the University of California, Santa Barbara. I grew up knowing that real estate is what I wanted to do. My parents came to this country with very little money, and were able to save up to buy properties and I saw first hand how well that paid off for them. On top of that my father is an architect. I look forward to working with him on some projects in the future as well. I currently own a couple buy and hold duplex's in Oregon City. I live in one of them that backs up to a beautiful forest and have friends as my tenants. The rent covers the cost of the mortgage and property taxes on my personal residence. I am cash flowing nicely on my other duplex. I hope to keep it going and buy another cash flowing property soon. I look forward to buying more rental units, learning how to flip houses, building new houses and working with other investors on their projects. And most of all, learning!
