USMC Vet / RE Investor / RE Agent Originally from Washington State but have planted the roots in DFW. Experience: I've been interested in investing and the real estate market for many years. It wasn't until I moved to Texas in 2017 and started reading REI books and found Biggerpockets. I'm located in the DFW market as an agent but specialize in investment properties. Currently a buy and hold extraordinaire and am accumulating properties fast. I started out with a VA loan owner occupied duplex in 2017 and have been able to run that up to over $5,000,000 in my portfolio in just 5 years. I now own a luxury Broken Bow cabin, a 4-unit office commercial space, 3 SFRs, 1 out of state LTR and a custom home that I live in & built with an AirBnB suite in it. I've done it ALL at this point and love helping others get the ball rolling in their journey! Real Estate Goals: Short Term: Acquire 10 rental properties (doors) and retire from my day job.
