I am a contractor with many years experience in the trade. I have done numerous projects for investors and clients. Having so much in Involvement in the REi and construction industry I am now also an inspector for a national hard money lender. I personally enjoy the industry so that is why I am a contractor. I feel I am the lucky few who does what he enjoys. Although I will be looking for deals to rehab and flip my target is buy and hold and land purchase. I’m hoping this is the right path to success. I will keep continuing and growing my construction business while focusing on investment deals and JV ventures.
