Kohei Hayashi

Hey there! My name is Kohei. I'm active duty Air Force looking to get started in real estate. I've been learning about investing through books and the BP podcast for a couple years now, but there's no better teacher than real life experience so my goal now is to get my first investment property. In 2021-2022, I'll be looking to invest in the Omaha area; if you're in that area, I'd love to talk business, real estate, fitness, life in general, anything as long as there's a possibility of connecting with the right people! I'm looking for a small multi-family property, total cost between $100k to $200k in a B to C class neighborhood to house hack. Other than the house hack, I'm looking for distressed properties to flip in order build up a larger nest egg so I can eventually pay all cash for BRRRR deals. I'm doing my best to simply be a student every day, learn from others, and break down big problems into manageable steps. Outside of real estate, I enjoy sports, strength training, reading, hiking, BJJ, and language learning.
