M Y • T I M E L I N E: In 2014, My friend Sergey Tkachev, (very successful investor) got me hooked on BP podcast, within 2 months I listened all shows. Best schooling I ever had. Thanks to all the contributors. I also attended the Real-Estate-Networking-Summit-REmeetup.com in San Francisco - Nov 15-16, 2014 where I've developed my strategy and vision. June 2015: Just purchased my 1st Investing property/ residence. 4-plex on Carro Dr, Sacramento. (Next to CSUS) Rehabbed it, made it awesome, rented it out really quickly. Got my eyes on other money making machines (4-plexes) near by. Big Thanks to Bigger Pockets. Feb 2016: Made connections with fellow landlords on my street - brought 16 families to our neighborhood. (High quality renters) Jan 2017: • brought 25 high quality families to the community • Rent on our street jumped 20% • doing short-term rental in my 1bd unit (2K+ month) • constant mentor meetings • looking forward to apartment investing JAN 2018: • Purchased Another 4-plex (With a Partner 80/20%) • Assumed a Loan of a motivated seller of a 3-Plex. ($1100 monthly payments) • Established a group on Facebook "Real Estate Investors of Greater Sacramento" • Brought over 100 people to our street unofficial name "Street of Immigrants" JAN 2019: • Bought an Off-Market Fixer with a Partner 50/50 using private money • Established 13K group on Facebook "Immigrants of Sacramento" • Hit 20K YouTube Subscribers (Showing people how to invest, attracting investors) • Sent Investment Calculator (spreadsheet) to over 380 people • Helped over 340 newcomer families find rent in Sacramento (established relationship with apt owners) ------------------------------------------------------------- I have an access to high quality tenants that are looking to rent decent properties.
