Kory Reynolds

I am a CPA and Principal in the tax group of a regional firm in Manchester, NH. I work with a high volume of closely held real estate businesses and their owners ranging from mom and pop investors, to developers grossing several hundred million a year. I work on tax compliance and planning, to help folks stay compliant with the ever growing number of code sections and regulations, along with structuring their business and deals in a manner to help optimize their tax situation. The investors and businesses I work with own property and operate businesses in nearly all 50 states and internationally and we work with clients remotely all over the globe. I graduated with my bachelor's in accounting in 2012, and several years ago finished my Masters in Taxation at Northeastern University. I have been working on the tax and accounting side of investors for the last 9 years and along with working on those in the real estate realm(flippers, buy and hold, developers, hard money lenders, contractors), and additionally have a significant number of clients in the areas of professional services, manufacturing, hospitality, and restaurants.
