I started in Real Estate in 2013 after I found and trained enough crews to run my roofing company almost on autopilot mode. My first deal was a full remodel and live in. I used the equity from my first deal to fund other subsequent deals. I own rental properties and have done some fix and flips with partners as well. My current focus is BRRRR strategy. Experience: I currently own 33 units / 3 rental properties with 2 partners & looking to double that by August 2018 (goal was made on August'17) and triple by August 2019 (goal was made on August'18). UPDATE: 55 units / 3 rental properties (January'18) UPDATE: 57 units/ 5 rental properties (August'18) I have focused primarily on investing in Dayton (Ohio) area, but I am also familiar with the Cincinnati (Ohio) area, because I'm living in northern suburb of Cincinnati (West Chester), have one SF rental here. Learning and sharpening tools for BRRRR strategy to buy more rentals and increase our portfolio and cashflow. Real Estate Goals: Focus on specific areas and expand portfolio there gentrifying the area. Currently Seeking: Network with like-minded people who share similar values and interests in real estate.
