Todd Faulk

Short Story: Husband, Father, Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, and professional problem solver. Long Story: I'm a Native Texan, living and working in the greater Houston area with my wife, 4 kiddos, and 2 dogs. I have owned several businesses over the past 20+ years and have grown to love the independent path. I used to be a Texas Realtor, but have always been an active Investor. Trying my hand at wholesaling as well as flipping, I found my specialty with buy and hold rentals. I am happy to connect and share what I have learned, feel free to reach out.
